Born to Notice

BUT!

Somewhere along the way—
in the middle of movement and in the quiet, most ordinary moment

I realized,

God’s presence isn’t just reserved for the mountaintops.

It’s here!

In the way the light hits the snow.
In the strength of your body as you move.
In a deep breath you didn’t even realize you needed.

In the quiet whisper that says… keep going.

For me, it often shows up in movement.

In a stretch.
In a pose.
In that moment where everything slows down and I feel completely present.

What once felt like “just exercise”…
became something more.

It became connection.
It became gratitude.
It became worship.

Not because it’s perfect—
but because He is present in it.

And the truth is…

We spend so much of our lives wasted on rushing.
Looking ahead.
Waiting for the next thing.

Meanwhile,

God is gently placing beauty right in front of us every single day.

A moment.
A breath.
A glimpse of His glory.

And we miss it…

because we’re not looking for it there.

But what if we did?

What if we slowed down just enough to notice?

To see and realize the way He shows up in the ordinary…

was never ordinary at all!

You don’t need a different life to experience more of God.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

We just need to begin noticing.

Because the same God who created the mountains…
also created this moment.

And He’s in it with you.

Right now.

So today, wherever you are—
whether you’re moving, resting, laughing, or just trying to get through—

pause.

Take a breath.
Look around.

There is grace here.
There is glory here.

And maybe…

just maybe…

YOU were born to notice!
